By downloading, installing, or using the Sleep Charts application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The App is developed and provided by Vasili Vrubleuski, operating as a sole proprietorship (Jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in the Republic of Poland (NIP: 5242961154, Address: 03-185 Republic of Poland, Warsaw, Erazma z Zakroczymia 19, m 29). Sleep Charts is a tool designed to visualize sleep data stored in your device's Health Connect system. It provides charts and insights based on this data.
The App is not a medical device. The information, charts, and insights provided by the App are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on the App to diagnose or treat any sleep disorder or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions or concerns about your health or sleep.
The App relies entirely on data sourced from other applications via Health Connect. The Developer makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data or the resulting visualizations. You acknowledge that the App may process or display data incorrectly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, including but not limited to any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the App. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
